Having purchased the Tom DeLonge edition Strat when he was 15 years old, Jordan's new single "Can You Hear Me" under his BORT imprint harkens back to the alternative rock, indie, and pop-punk interests of his teenage years.
From early influences like Weezer, Blink-182, Nirvana, and Green Day, McGraw's first BORT tune is already a hit with the pop-punk and alternative fans. The music video for "Can You Hear Me" already has amassed more than 368,000 YouTube views. He teamed up with friends and fellow musicians Zach Merrick (All Time Low) and Jack Lawless (DNCE, Jonas Brothers) for more BORT songs on the way.
In this episode, Jordan talks with Mike about his early days getting into guitar in his teens, making the music that feels natural to him with BORT, the early success of "Can You Hear Me," his friendship and prior tour experiences with the Jonas Brothers, teaming up with Zach and Jack for BORT, and more.

Comprised of Wyman (drums), Estrada (guitar/vocals), and Grant Moore (bass), Corpus is a Black n' Roll band from Murrieta, California. The trio of rockers is part of a growing West Coast collective of California-based bands and friends (Slingshot, Split Image, and Psycho Mantis, among others) that's been turning up the energy both in their tunes and on the stage in live shows across Southern California.
After the release of their debut album Death Sequence in June 2022, Corpus dropped their EP Beyond the Grave this past March. Featuring the songs "Realm of Blasphemy" and title track "Beyond the Grave," the EP was mixed and mastered by Low Budget Productions, which is the imprint of Split Image drummer Chris Sia.
In this episode, Brent and Julian talk with Mike about how Corpus formed, the positive energy of the collective of bands that they're a part of in Southern California, their Black n' Roll sound, upcoming shows, horror movies and the horror imagery in their band art, and more.

Ben is a California-based musician who releases metal music under the name Torr. From his hardcore vocals, to his personal lyrics, to his heavy guitar riffs, Fassett's self-released music under the Torr imprint are a true musical catharsis.
After releasing a trio of Torr singles in 2022, Fassett dropped his EP "Lone Desert Bones" on April 10th, 2023. His latest release is an EP entitled "Snake Skin Face," which just came out on August 22nd, 2023.

Comprised of friends Arc and Eris, Set The Sun is a modern metal outfit whose sound blends elements of electronic, metalcore, progressive rock, numetal, and industrial for a cinematic and emotive listening experience. The duo collaborates with other talented musicians they reference as "The Collective," which includes the likes of Clint Lowery (Sevendust), DJ Lethal (Limp Bizkit), Ryan Clark (Demon Hunter), Michael Lessard (The Contortionist), and producer Forrester Savell, among others.
In July 2022, Set The Sun dropped their debut EP entitled "In Absentia, Vol. 1." That initial release resonated with heavy music fans, with tracks like "The Way Back" (featuring DJ Lethal & TELLE) and "Invisible" (featuring Ryan Clark) racking up over 91,000 and 179,000 Spotify streams, respectively. Additionally, the corresponding music videos for "The Way Back" and "Invisible" have garnered a combined 140,000 YouTube views to date.
So far in 2023, Set The Sun has dropped three singles - "Arrival," "The Truth" (featuring Clint Lowery), and "A Better Way To Bleed" - off their forthcoming LP entitled "At War."

Since releasing their EP "Remember This" on 3/20/20, After Hour Animals has taken their music from the shores of Lake Michigan to the globe. Their 2020 single "All It Takes" is nearing 1 million streams on Spotify alone, while their single "Dangerous" is nearing 500,000 Spotify streams since its December 2022 release.
In their latest single entitled "What I Wanted," After Hour Animals tackles the subject matter of losing someone you love, and the grief and reflection that comes with it. Hailing from London, UK, Keeper is an alternative music artist that's continued to build a following since releasing his debut EP "Guess I'm Keeper" in March, 2021.
