Since 2019, he's released 10 singles on Spotify and multiple music videos, with songs ranging from the more emotional nature of "Wide Eyes," to the locked-in flow of "Pop (Bands)," to the guitar-driven, alternative vibe on his latest single "Lungs."
In this episode, Early Bird talks with Mike about making the transition from metal to rap, writing metal lyrics vs. rap lyrics, his influences, Buffalo's music scene, and more.

A wrestler based out of Georgia, Randy Reno originally hails from the Reno/Las Vegas, Nevada area. After starting out as a referee in Face 2 Face Wrestling, Randy trained and eventually got the opportunity to wrestle. He went on to become the CWFG Passion of Wrestling Champion and the longest holder of the World Heavyweight Title in Face 2 Face Wrestling history, in addition to other titles across Georgia and the South.
In this episode of March Forth with Mike Bauman, Randy talks with Mike about his journey to becoming the wrestler he is today (as Randy puts it: "The Best of Your Generation"), including those early days with Teddy Long and Face 2 Face Wrestling, the lawsuit that transpired, his transition to a wrestler and a champion, embracing the hate from fans, his feature film roles, and more.

Having released six full-length albums since 2009 - the latest being 2018's Broken - the band dropped their first single of 2021 on June 4th. Entitled "Blood & Water," that single has already amassed more than 2.2 million streams on Spotify.

Based out of Detroit, Michigan, guitarist Sammy Boller burst onto the national spotlight in 2012 when Joe Satriani picked him as the winner of Guitar Center's "Master Satriani" competition. He went on to play guitar in Citizen Zero, whose single "Go (Let Me Save You)" peaked at #17 on the Billboard "Mainstream Rock" chart in 2016. After his time with Citizen Zero, Boller continued to refine his guitar skills, releasing his debut instrumental album Kingdom Of The Sun in March 2020 on Candyrat Records.
On this episode of the podcast, Sammy talks with Mike about his love for music and guitar, including having musical parents, growing up in Detroit, the rich music history of the Motor City, being inspired by the late great Eddie Van Halen, being part of the Friedman Amplification roster, Kingdom Of The Sun, his new band Pharaohs, and more.

Comprised of Gold (Rhythm Guitar, Vocals), Cassidy (Drums), Jake Delventhal (Bass) and Rob Ettinger (Lead Guitar), Rushing Spring formed in 2018 in Danbury, Connecticut. Combining elements of 70's power pop, 80's punk, 90's indie, and 00's emo, Rushing Spring has songs which range from the introspective, slower tempo of their single "Somebody," to the more upbeat, rhythmic nature of "Journeys."
The aforementioned "Somebody" premiered on Alternative Press back in February, while the music video for "Journeys" premiered on New Noise Magazine on May 28th, one day before the release of their EP What We Were Is Not Who We Are.
On this episode, Mike talks with Austin and Eric about the origins of Rushing Spring and their sound, including Austin's sobriety, panic attacks, mental health, lyrics drawn from life experiences, punk's connection with youth, and more.
