On this episode of March Forth with Mike Bauman, Mike chats with Robbie Litchfield, guitarist/songwriter in Saving Vice and producer at Hell Here Studios!
Rounded out by Tyler Small (co-vocals), Chase Papariello (co-vocals), Kenjamin Smiertelny (bass) and Sam Whelton (drums), Saving Vice is a metalcore band from Vermont that started in 2017. Over the years, they've played festivals like Warped Tour, the iMatter Festival, Heavy Fest, toured with Dropout Kings, and are currently touring in support of their latest EP entitled Dichotomy.
Released on October 7th, Dichotomy features the songs "Culling Kindness" and "I, Dysmorphia," each of which shows off the versatility and talent present in Saving Vice. From the aggressive, mosh pit-inducing riffs present in "Culling Kindness," to the hip hop style verses and melodic chorus of "I, Dysmorphia," Saving Vice continues to show both their die-hard fans and metalcore fans why they're a force to be reckoned with.
In this conversation, Robbie speaks with Mike about what he and the Saving Vice camp have been up to since the pair last spoke, including Dichotomy, the ups and downs the band has gone through this year, paying forward the knowledge he's accumulated as a musician and producer to younger artists, and more.
This episode of March Forth with Mike Bauman also features the aforementioned "I, Dysmorphia" from Saving Vice's latest EP Dichotomy, available where you get your music!
