On this episode of March Forth with Mike Bauman, Mike chats with Lake Mosaic!
Comprised of Adam Whitener (lead guitar), Matt Eble (lead vocals), Naveed Ajam (rhythm guitar), Ben Merte (bass) and Anthony DeMartinis (drums), Lake Mosaic is a band based in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area that describes its genre-blending sound as Midwest Easycore.
Fusing elements of pop-punk, easycore and Midwest emo, Lake Mosaic dropped its debut full-length album entitled Perseverance on February 11th. With a combination of outstanding musicianship and heartfelt lyrics that deal with themes of healing, emotional trauma, recovery and self-determination, Perseverance is a cohesive, nine-track debut that takes listeners on a trip from start to finish.
In this episode, Adam, Matt, Naveed and Anthony talk with Mike about how they got into music, the formation of Lake Mosaic, the lyrical themes which went into the band's debut album Perseverance, and more.
This episode of March Forth with Mike Bauman also features the song "Wasted Love" off Lake Mosaic's debut album Perseverance, available where you get your music!
