On this episode of March Forth with Mike Bauman, Mike chats with Doug Heiser of Coe Hill!
Based in Toronto, Canada, Doug is a talented guitar player. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he satisfied his need to stay creative by spearheading Coe Hill, a collaborative music project rooted in post-hardcore with elements of pop-punk, emo and alternative rock.
In this episode of the pod, Doug talks with Mike about his early musical influences, the difficulties of moving from Canada to the United States right as he was starting high school, Linkin Park being his gateway into alternative music, persevering through the pandemic with the Coe Hill project, and more.
This episode of March Forth with Mike Bauman also features the Coe Hill track "Edge Of Collapse," which features Tyler Small of Saving Vice. It's part of the Coe Hill debut EP entitled Vol 1: Maybe Next Year, available where you get your music!
