Based out of Buffalo, New York, Early Bird is a rapper who's releasing his debut EP entitled I Am on Friday, August 20th. Since 2019, he's released 10 singles on Spotify and multiple music videos, with songs ranging from the more emotional nature of "Wide Eyes," to the locked-in flow of "Pop (Bands)," to the guitar-driven, alternative vibe on his latest single "Lungs."

In this episode, Early Bird talks with Mike about making the transition from metal to rap, writing metal lyrics vs. rap lyrics, his influences, Buffalo's music scene, and more.
